Terms of Use

By accessing or using kamatejas.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Being Vedic Pvt. Ltd. ("Being Vedic", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase our products. Kama Tejas is a sexual wellness and men's vitality product line intended exclusively for adult men. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Your Account

We use OTP-based authentication via your mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at care@kamatejas.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock at the time of processing.
  • There is a pricing error on the Site (we will notify you and offer to fulfil at the correct price).
  • We suspect the order is fraudulent or violates these Terms.
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.

Order acceptance is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email and assign an order number (e.g., KT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). Until then, no contract of sale exists.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders attract a handling fee as displayed at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price that applies.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching. If you do not confirm at the correct price within 48 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
