Founded in 2025, Being Vedic is a small Ayurvedic house built on a single principle — that India deserves better than diluted wellness. Kama Tejas is its flagship line, crafted exclusively for the vitality of modern Indian men.
01 · The Foundation
It began with one man’s search for himself.
Being Vedic was born from a quiet crisis.
Our founder, Vikash Tanwer — an engineer by training — found himself caught in the relentless rhythm of corporate work and family demands. Like so many modern Indian men, he silently endured what few openly discuss: deep fatigue, fading vitality, and the kind of slow emotional weight that hides behind a busy calendar.
He searched for answers everywhere.
Allopathic supplements promised quick fixes but came with side effects. Generic Ayurvedic products felt mass-produced, diluted, lacking the depth he had read about in classical texts. Nothing felt authentic. Nothing felt sacred.
So he turned inward.
He turned to Ayurveda — to the 5,000 years of wisdom that India had quietly forgotten in its rush toward modernity.

02 · The Calling
When three more chose to walk the same path.
Along this journey, Vikash met three remarkable people who shared his disquiet.
Dr. Rajeev Jain — a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician with years of clinical practice — had spent decades watching patients chase symptoms instead of restoring balance. He believed in classical Ayurveda the way it was meant to be practiced: slowly, deeply, with reverence.
Yogesh Kumar and Dharmender — both pharmacists with deep specialization in Ayurvedic formulations — had spent years inside India's mainstream pharmaceutical industry. They had seen what scale does to authenticity. They were ready for something different.
Together, the four made a difficult choice.
They left stable pharmaceutical careers behind. They immersed themselves in classical study — drawing from Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and the alchemical wisdom of Rasaratna Samuccaya. For nearly a year, they researched, questioned, refined, and rebuilt their understanding of what authentic Ayurveda could mean for modern India.

Why we began with men’s vitality.
Being Vedic was conceived as a house of formulations — a slow-built family of products spanning the deep concerns of modern Indian wellness. But the team knew they needed to begin somewhere meaningful. Somewhere personal.
